520			_aEsta investigación, se realizó en el servicio de clínica médica del Hospital Público Pediátrico de Autogestión de Misiones, Argentina Septiembre - Octubre de 2018, como variable central se tomó el conocimiento en relación a la comunicación no verbal, como herramienta para el cuidado en las tareas de enfermería, las dimensiones fueron el concepto de: comunicación no verbal, los tipos y su importancia. Se apeló a la hipótesis, de que los profesionales de enfermería no contaban con conocimiento alguno sobre el tema, y esta deficiencia confluía en un cuidado ineficaz e inadecuado para el sujeto de cuidado. Metodológicamente hablando, esta investigación es de carácter mixta cuali-cuantitativa. Como herramienta de recolección de datos, se utilizó una encuesta semiestructurada, que se le realizo a: Licenciados en enfermería, Enfermeros y Auxiliares en Enfermería, y concluyo: en la existencia de un déficit de conocimiento en los profesionales de enfermería, más que la ausencia del mismo. Descriptores o palabras claves: Conocimiento – comunicación no verbal – cuidado – relación de ayuda. Abstract This research was carried out in the medical clinic service of the Pediatric Public Self-Management Hospital of Misiones, Argentina September - October 2018, as a central variable the knowledge was taken in relation to non-verbal communication as a tool for care in the tasks of Nursing, the dimensions were the concept of: what is nonverbal communication, the types and their importance. The hypothesis was invoked, that the nursing professionals did not have any knowledge on the subject, and this deficiency resulted in ineffective and inadequate care for the subject of care. Methodologically speaking, this research is of a mixed qualitative-quantitative and exploratory nature. As a data collection tool, I had a semi-structured survey, which was done to Bachelor of Nursing, Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and concluded: in the existence of a knowledge deficit in nursing professionals, rather than the absence of the same.
